Resolution of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District Approving the Annual Report of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) for Fiscal Year 2011-12

WHEREAS, on November 20, 2000 the City Council of the City of San Leandro adopted Resolution No. 2000-172, approving the formation of a geologic hazard abatement district for the San Leandro Hillside area ("the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District" or "District") and appointing itself to act as the Board of Directors ("the Board"); and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has prepared and filed with the Clerk of the District and the Clerk of the District has presented to the Board an end-of-year Report for Fiscal Year 2011 - 2012 (hereafter referred to as the "Report"); and
WHEREAS, the Board has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the District does resolve as follows:
The Board of the District hereby approves the Report for Fiscal Year 2011-12.
