RESOLUTION Appointing Ben Gamboa as Youth Member to Library-Historical Commission (approves appointment for term ending August 31, 2014)
Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to newly adopted Section 1-3-801 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the Library Director shall nominate a youth member to the Library-Historical Commission for appointment by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Library Director nominated Ben Gamboa.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Ben Gamboa is hereby appointed as youth member to the Library-Historical Commission, his term to expire August 31, 2014.
That the provisions of this resolution shall take effect when Ordinance No. 2013-008 adding the youth member to the Library-Historical Commission becomes effective.
