Resolution Removing Christopher C. Crow as District 2 Member to the Planning Commission

Body

WHEREAS, Christopher C. Crow was appointed as the District 2 Member to the Planning Commission by Resolution 2010-134, adopted on November 1, 2010, with a term expiring on December 31, 2012; and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to replace Mr. Crow on the Planning Commission prior to the expiration of his term; and

WHEREAS, San Leandro Municipal Code section 1-3-105 gives the Council the authority to remove a Board or Commission member.

NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That Christopher M. Crow is hereby removed from the Planning Commission for District 2 representation, effective immediately; and

That this Council thanks Mr. Crow for his service on the Planning Commission, and extends its gratitude for his civic contributions.
