RESOLUTION Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services Provided by City Departments (adjusts user fees and service charges, effective July 1, 2019)

Body

The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

•                     That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code (“Fee Schedule”) is hereby amended; and

•                     That the adopted Fee Schedule shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution; and

•                     That the provisions of the Fee Schedule shall take effect on July 1, 2019.
