SUMMARY

The attached Ordinance was introduced on November 20, 2023, by a 6-0-1 vote and is presented for a second reading to amend the San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter 1-2 Departments to reflect the current structure of City Departments.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the City Council hold the second reading and adopt the Ordinance included as Attachment A.
