Resolution Rescinding a Portion of Resolution No. 2011-117 Related to Vacation of Portions of the Public Right-of-Way for Eden Road

WHEREAS, the Title Report for 3000 Davis Street does not show a public access easement through the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP); and
WHEREAS, the private easement known as Eden Road bisects the WPCP property through equipment and piping built during previous expansions; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the recordation of Parcel Map 10036 the City must rescind Resolution No. 2011-117 to void a right-of-way vacation action.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Resolution No. 2011-117 is hereby rescinded.
