RESOLUTION Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Submit the Alameda County Transportation Commission Approved Measure B Paratransit Application for the Expenditure of Measure B Paratransit Funds in FY 2014-15 (accepts grant allocation of $280,887 for Flex Shuttle)

WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds will be made available to local agencies, the City is required to approve the annual application for Measure B Paratransit funding; and
WHEREAS, the Alameda County Transportation Commission (CTC) requires a resolution approving the annual application.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City of San Leandro’s application for Measure B Paratransit Funds is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to submit the Alameda County Transportation Commission Approved Measure B Paratransit Application for the expenditure of Measure B funds in the amount of $280,887 in FY 2014-15 to the CTC, and to negotiate and execute all documents in support of these activities; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to the Alameda County Transportation Commission.
