Title

Resolution Approving the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consulting Services Agreement for $90,000 in FY 2013-2014 Between the City of San Leandro and Neighborhood Solutions - $19,000 for Program Administration and $71,000 for the Provision of Housing Rehabilitation Grants.

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Neighborhood Solutions, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $90,000 for the Housing Rehabilitation Program administered by Neighborhood Solutions.

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
