Receive presentation from state legislative advocate and provide direction to staff if necessary

BACKGROUND

Per requests made by Council at the March 17^th and May 5^th Council meetings, Townsend Public Affairs will provide an update to the City Council on the status of draft legislation that is being considered by the State Legislature regarding the following policy issues:

•                     massage parlors

•                     e-cigarettes

•                     medical cannabis
