Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Parking Space Rental, Estudillo Garage

Body

The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, Parking Space Rental, Estudillo Garage Fees is hereby amended as follows:

Reserved Parking                     $70.00 per month

Unreserved Parking                     $45.00 per month

Daily Parking                     $  2.50 per day

That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on January 1, 2012.
