Report from City Council's Annual Planning Session and Discussion and Adoption of City Council Goals for 2015

Body

At the annual Planning Session on January 31, 2015, the City Council discussed the City’s recent accomplishments and priorities, and worked to revise the Council goals for 2015.  Those goals were not finalized at the end of the session.

The attached report prepared by Management Partners summarizes the discussion and outcomes of the session.  After reviewing the report, staff recommends the following actions:

1)                     Accept the report prepared by Management Partners

2)                     Adopt the Council goals for 2015, after discussion and finalization
