RESOLUTION Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with JT2 Integrated Resources for Workers’ Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services (provides for three years of services in the amount of $345,145 plus a flat fee structure for bill review charges estimated at $198,000)

Body

WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and JT2 Integrated Resources, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:

That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
